Sealed Bids for City of Richland 2026-2029 US HWY 49 Mowing will be received by the City of Richland, MS at City Hall located 380 Scarborough Street, Richland, MS 39218 until 10:00 a.m. local time on February 27, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of grass cutting, edging, and weed eating/concrete spraying on HWY 49 Right of Way through the City of Richland, including all necessary materials, equipment, and labor.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed or downloadable copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a nonrefundable deposit for each set.

Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders.

Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.

Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
