CLARIFICATION TO ALL BIDDERS
This clarification is issued to confirm bidder requirements related to the Bid Form included with
Addendum No. 2.
All bidders are hereby directed to enter an amount of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) in the Utility Allowance line item on the Bid Form issued with Addendum No. 2. This amount shall be included as shown on the bid form and incorporated into the total bid.
This clarification is issued for the purpose of ensuring consistent completion of the bid form by
all bidders. No other changes to the bid documents, scope of work, or contract requirements are
intended or implied.
