1.04 PROCUREMENT TIMETABLE

A. Pre-Bid Site Tour: 6 February 2025 at 10:00 AM

B. Bid Due Date: 6 March 2025, before 10 AM local time; via mail, hand-deliver or electronic.

C. Notice of Award: Within 10 days after due date.

D. Bids May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 30 days after due date.

E. Contract Time: 300 calendar days.

1. Days incomplete after Final Completion shall be subject to Liquidated Damages.

F. Anticipated Construction Start: Not later than 7 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.

G. Final Completion must be completed within 30 calendar days after Substantial Completion.

H. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement

process at any time.

A. Availability of Documents: Complete sets of procurement documents may be obtained:

2. PROCUREMENT OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be by
