Coahoma Community College will receive sealed bids for a contract for the Workforce Development Center in Clarksdale, MS. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, new Workforce Training Building and welding lab adjacent to current building as indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be accepted on a lump sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted.

Sealed Bids will be received electronically or physically delivered until 2:00 p.m., February 13, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. Physically Delivered Bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to: Coahoma Community College Office of the Physical Plant 3240 Friars Point Road Clarksdale, MS 38614

Electronically submitted bids should be submitted at www.architecturesouthplanroom.com as stated in the Instructions to Bidders.

Bid Documents may be examined at the office of the Architect and are being made available via hard paper copy (at bidder’s expense) or digital pdf at www.architecturesouthplanroom.com through Plan House Printing and Graphics, 605 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804.

Plan holders are required to register via email address and order Bid Documents which are non-refundable. Questions and inquiries regarding online orders can be directed to Plan House at 662-407-0193. Bid Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at ArchitectureSouth, P.A., 499 Gloster Creek Village, Suite D3, Tupelo, MS 38801. No partial sets of drawings or project manuals will be issued.

Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Coahoma Community College expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
