Sealed Bids will be received by the HANCOCK COUNTY PORT & HARBOR COMMISSION at 14054 Fred & Al Key Road, Kiln, MS, until 10:00 A.M. February 7th, 2025, and shortly thereafter opened and read for:

STENNIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MECHANICAL UNIT REPLACEMENT

Contract Drawings, Contract Specifications, Instructions to Bidders and Bidders Proposal forms are on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission, 14054 Fred & Al Key Road, Kiln, Mississippi. Bid documents are being made available via paper or digital copy. All interested bidders are required to log-in or register for an account at www.portairspacework.com to view and order Bid Documents.

All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through this website. A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for 1:00 P.M. January 21st, 2025, at the Multipurpose Room Stennis International Airport at 7250 Stennis Airport Rd, Kiln, MS 39556.

The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the Contract to serve the best interest of Owner. By submitting a proposal, each bidder waives any and all claims for damages against Owner concerning any failure or decision of Owner to not accept the bid.
