until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in the Instructional Administrative Services Center,
1006 Communy Ave, Pascagoula, MS 39567 for the following:

The bid is for the Contractor Service Fee, which includes applicable freight/delivery charges and is to be presented in the form of the number of cents above Refinery Rack Price at the Mobile, AL Terminal for OPIS Low as posted on the OPIS Standard Rack Price Sheet, for the timeframe of July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.
