Separate Sealed Bids for the purchase of generator in Yazoo County, MS will be received by Renshaw Water Association, Inc., herein called the “Owner” at the office of Heflin Engineering, 1700 W Government St, Building A, Suite J, Brandon, MS 39042 or electronic bids submitted via heflinengineeringbids.com until 10:00 AM local time on April 10, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Rural Water Association Infrastructure Grant (RWAIG). Neither the State of Mississippi, the Local Governments and Rural Water System Improvements Board, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.
