Sealed bids for Roadway Improvements in Connection with Sawmill for the Town of Gloster in Amite County, Mississippi, will be received by the Honorable Jerry Norwood, Mayor of the Town of Gloster, Mississippi, until 10:00 AM local time on Monday, February 26, 2024, at the Town Hall located at 251 S First Street, Gloster, MS 39638, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

The work involved in the project includes roadbed reclamation with cement mixing,  asphalt paving, and related items as described in the construction drawings and specifications. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Dungan Engineering, P. A., located at 120 E Chickasaw Street, Brookhaven, MS 39601, 601-823-7026 or online at www.dunganeng.com. Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the  website to be on the official plan holders list. A Pre-Bid Conference for this project will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Town Hall.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend this conference.
