Separate Sealed Bids for the Construction of water distribution improvements and installation of an AMR system in Sunflower County will be received by South Sunflower Water Association, Inc. herein called the “Owner” at the office of Heflin Engineering, 1700 W Government St, Building A, Suite J, Brandon, MS. 39042 or electronic bids submitted via www.heflinengineeringbids.com until 10:00 AM local time on February 21, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.

This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.
