Sealed Bids for Contract No. 2 – New 600 gpm Water Well will be received by Improve Water Association herein called the “Owner”, at the Office of Dungan Engineering located at 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, MS 39429 until 10:00 AM, (Local Time) on  February 13, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com.

Neither the State of Mississippi, the Local Governments and Rural Water Systems Improvements Board, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts.  This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.
