2022-418 MHA - YOUTH BUILD HOUSE-CFFP INITIATIVE #14439

The Meridian Housing Authority (MHA) of Meridian, Mississippi will RE-BID and receive sealed competitive bids for the YOUTH BUILD HOUSE-CFFP INITIATIVE located at 1426 12th Avenue (corner of 12th Avenue and 15th Street), Meridian, MS; and designated as MHA Project # IFB 2022-09 RE-BID. The work will consist of site preparation and house construction, including substructure, shell, interior, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, stove, and refrigerator. The Contractor selected by the standard Bid Proposal process and compliant with specification Bid Form 00-41-13 shall include in the bid process, trainee review from MHA site canopy position provided by MHA and located on the east side of the building lot for observers.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time, Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the MHA office 2425 E Street, Meridian, MS 39301. Attendance is recommended.

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at the Office of the Meridian Housing Authority, Meridian, MS 39301, where at this time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
