92523 Water Distribution Extension for Hernando High School #14267

The Project includes the following Work: The potable water project consists of installation of 9,140 linear feet of 12 inch diameter PVC pipe; 1,330 linear feet of miscellaneous diameters of various pipe; 1,210 linear feet of 14 inch diameter HDPE directionally bored; 45 linear feet of 18 inch steel casing bored; 593 linear feet of miscellaneous bores; and associated appurtenances.

Sealed bids for the construction of Water Distribution Extension for Hernando High School, will be received by Nesbit Water Association, in the Water Association’s office located at 901 Pleasant Hill Road, Nesbit, Mississippi 38651, until 2:00 o’clock P.M. local time on Monday, October 30th, 2023, and shortly thereafter publicly opened and read.

Bids are requested for a single prime contract. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder for the Base Bid.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents:
Contract Documents are available in paper or digital format. Interested parties are required to register online to view or order bid documents at www.danielsassocbids.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Bids must be submitted in sealed paper format. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual.

Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will not be considered in making the award. Nesbit Water Association reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids if considered not in the best interest of Nesbit Water Association.
