Bids for the construction of Wastewater Treatment Improvements will be received by the Town of D’Lo, MS at Town Hall located at 2158 Highway 149, D’Lo, MS 39062, or electronically at www.engserviceplans.com until October 31 , 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project includes the following Work: Relocation of 4” influent force main, addition of two (2) floating surface aerators, addition of baffle curtain, replace effluent flow meter, stand-by generator and ATS, miscellaneous fencing. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Engineering Service 115 Aero Smith Drive Richland, MS 39218. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
