The MS Regional Housing Authority V of Newton, Mississippi, is now accepting bids for, 2022 Roofing At Various Sites At Proiect 030-002, 030-013 & 030-018 (Carthage, MS), Proiect 030- 003 (Decatur, MS), Proiect 030-006, 030-015, 030-020, 030-024 (Newton, MS). Bids will be received at the Management Office at 298 Northside Drive, Newton, MS. until 11:00 A.M. local standard time on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at which place and time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

Specifications and Drawings can be viewed in the office of RJZ Architecture, PA, Architecture Engineering; 91 Sunset Drive, Suite C, Grenada, Mississippi 38901. Bid documents are being made available via original paper copy. Plan holders are required to register for an account at  .jones-zanderpianroom.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website.  Bids may be mailed by the bid date and time to: Attention Mrs. Ashiya Hawkins, Executive Director, MS Regional Housing Authority V, P. 0. Box 419, Newton, MS 39345, provided that the words "Bid for 2022 Roofing At Various Sites At Proiect 030-002, 030-013 & 030-018 (Carthage, MS), Proiect 030-003 (Decatur, MS), Proiect 030-006, 030-015, 030-020, 030-024 (Newton, MS)", deadline of 11:00 A.M., local standard time on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, appears on the outside or exterior of the sealed bid envelope.  All bid envelopes shall contain, on the exterior side, the Contractor's Certificate of Responsibility number. NO EXCEPTIONS

 All bids shall be written on the form provided and shall be sealed in an envelope. All other methods of bidding, except telegraphic modifications, will be considered non-responsive. No modifications on exterior of envelope. NO EXCEPTIONS

 No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date set for the opening thereof, and each bidder must comply with the laws of the State of Mississippi and all local laws relative to the performance of said work.

 Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of this Invitation for Bids. The Mississippi Housing Authority V, Newton, MS reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
