Separate and sealed bids or electronic bids for the construction of BOONEVILLE-BALDWYN

AIRPORT 12,000 GALLON JET-A FUEL TANK REBID, MM-0008-0323 will be received by

the PRENTISS COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS located at the CHANCERY BUILDING,

100 N. MAIN STREET, BOONEVILLE, MS 38829, until 10:00 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY THE

18TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2023 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Electronic bids will be received until the designated date and time via electronic online bid

submission through www.cceplanroom.com.

The contract is as follows:

BOONEVILLE-BALDWYN AIRPORT 12,000 GALLON JET-A FUEL TANK REBID

MM-0008-0323

The Project consists of the following approximate lump sum quantities:

Base Bid:

Jet-A Fueling System - 12,000 Gallon Double-Wall Above Ground Jet-A Fuel Tank

(Including Site Work, Foundation, Piping Modifications And Additions, Electrical, And

Aviation Self Serve Fueling Credit Card System, Installed In Place And Ready For

Operation.

Alternate #1:

Modify Existing 4,000 Gallon Jet-A Tank For Use With Avgas (Including Piping

Modifications And Additions, Internal Cleaning And Coating, Pipe Cleaning, And Electrical,

Installed In Place And Ready For Operation.

Alternate #2:

Deduct Concrete Foundation for 12,000 Gallon Tank (To Be Performed By Others Based

On Submittal Requirements)

Alternate #3:

Deduct replacement of credit card terminal and related electrical work. (Existing M3000 to

remain in operation)

The following Federal Provisions are referenced and will be incorporated within the

contract.

Bidders must qualify under Mississippi Law and have a Certificate of Responsibility.

Registering for a free account at www.cceplanroom.com will enable bidders to view and/or

order Contract Documents online and/or complete the electronic bidding process. The only

requirement for account registration is a valid email address. Questions regarding website

registration and online orders shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193.

Contract Documents are issued to potential Bidders from Plan House Printing and Graphics,

607 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804. Bidders may opt to purchase Contract

Documents online at www.cceplanroom.com. All payments for Bid Documents are nonrefundable

and shall be made payable to Plan House Printing and Graphics, 607 West Main

Street, Tupelo, MS 38804.

Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom contract documents

have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name

appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by Plan House Printing.

Bids must be submitted on the standard form of bid proposal, and the successful bidder

will be required to execute the standard form of Contract Agreement, together with a

100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond, within ten (10) days after formal award of

the contract.

Bids may be held by the County for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the

opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bid and investigating the qualifications of

Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.

The PRENTISS COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS reserves the right to reject any and all

bids and to waive any and all information in the best interest of the Owner.
