Bid 3212 ESSER III: Restroom Improvements for Whitten Middle School

Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the

Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) Monday, January 16, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project for Restroom Improvements for Whitten Middle School will be held at 210 Daniel Lake Blvd, Jackson, MS 39212 on December 20, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.

 The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com.

A $300.00 Nonrefundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid specs/documents and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration.
