Sealed and electronic bids will be received by the Perry County Board of Supervisors in the Conference Room of Albert & Robinson Architects located at 514 N. Main Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022, at which time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

Bid documents may be obtained from Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House Printing at https://www.ar- architectsprojects.com. Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a non-refundable fee of $200.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects. Bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Perry County Detention Center (meet at south entrance). Attendance by all Bidders is strongly encouraged.

Each delivered bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the legend, “Perry County Detention Center.” Electronic Bids must be received with an acknowledged cover sheet, providing the same legend. All bidders are to upload electronic bids in .PDF format only.
