Sealed bids will be received by the YMD Joint Water Management District, 384-B Stoneville Rd., Stoneville, MS 38776, in the Conference Room until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 for:

BOARD ROOM & RESTROOM RENOVATIONS
STONEVILLE, MISSISSIPPI

At which time they will be publically opened and read.

The work will be for renovations of approximately 2,800 sq.ft. and includes framing, gypsum board, insulation, flooring, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, concrete work, and other interior work.

The Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Owner, 384-B Stoneville Rd., Stoneville, MS or online at www.emilypooleplans.com.

Original paper copies of the Contract Documents are available upon request. No partial sets will be issued. Bidders shall be required to register for an account at www.emilypooleplans.com to view and order documents. Bidders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Contract Documents can be obtained for a fee of $150.00 and must be ordered through the website. Checks should be made payable to Emily Poole Architecture and mailed to the office of the architect.
