SLURRY SEAL SELLERS ROAD AND BLUE DRIVE
OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi at the Oktibbeha County Office of the Chancery Clerk, 101 East Main Street Starkville, Mississippi 39759 until 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 for construction of Slurry Seal of Sellers Road and Blue Drive at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Items of work include slurry seal and traffic striping on approximately 0.91 miles of existing roadway(s).
Proposals shall be good for a period of 120 days from date of signing. Plans and specifications are being made available via paper or digital copy. Plan Holders are required to log‐in or register for an account to view or order bid documents at www.pritchardengineeringplans.com.

Bid documents are non‐refundable and must be purchased through the website. Questions regarding website registration and online orders please contact Plan House at 662‐407‐0193. For questions related to the contract documents contact the office of Pritchard Engineering, Inc at (662) 324‐2205, 100 Miley Road, Starkville, Mississippi 39759. No partial sets of drawings of project manuals will be issued. Proposal shall be submitted on Bid Forms provided with the specifications. Bids may be submitted in
person, or for those interested, bids can be electronically submitted at
www.pritchardengineeringplans.com under the project page. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e‐mail proposals will be considered. For sealed bids, the current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked Bid for Slurry Seal Sellers Road and Blue Drive. If submitting electronically, please include this information on a cover page with your bid submission. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond/security deposit or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Oktibbeha County as bid security. In the event that an electronic bid is submitted, a copy of the bid bond must be included with the submission. If submitting electronically, a hard copy of all bid documents must be provided within 3 business days if requested after the bid opening.
