Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) October 28, 2020, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Conferences concerning the projects for will be held at Lanier High School library, 833 West Maple Street, Jackson, MS 39203 on October 15, 2020 at 2:30 P.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but strongly suggested. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened

A $150.00 non- refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid documents and must be purchased through the website.
