Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko Water & Light Commission of the City of Kosciusko, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the office of the Commission for DISTRIBUTION MATERIALS FOR NEW 13 KV ELECTRICAL UNDERGROUND FEEDER CIRCUIT (MATERIAL ONLY) according to the specifications on file in the office of the Commission, at 124 West Washington Street, in the City of Kosciusko, Mississippi. At that time, bids will be opened and read aloud.
Bid documents are being made available via paper or digital copy. Bid document holders are required to log-in or register for an account at www.atwellandgentprojects.com to view and order Bid Documents. All bid document holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone interested in submitting bids electronically in place of a sealed bid, they may do so only through www.atwellandgentprojects.com. SUBMITTAL OF SEALED BIDS: Each bid must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void.
The Kosciusko Water & Light Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Specifications.
No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
