A. This is a twelve (12) month source of supply bid for Pipe, Valves, Fittings, and other related water and sewer line supplies for the period of March 1, 2025 – February 28th, 2026.
B. Materials will be ordered as needed.
C. All unit prices will be F.O.B., Meridian, MS 39301.
D. Failure to examine any specifications and instructions will be at the bidder's risk. All procedural and technical questions, or if the attached specifications are incomplete, unclear, or not standardized, shall be made in writing and addressed to the addresses below. No oral explanations by any member of the City staff will be binding.
