Sealed bids for the construction of PHASE TWO SEWER IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the Town of Farmington, 4135 CR 200, Corinth, MS 38834, until 10:00 a.m., August Pt, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the office of Engineering Solutions, Inc., located at 180 Magee Drive, Pontotoc, MS and also can be viewed and/or purchased at Engineering Solutions, Inc. plan room at

SCOPE OF WORK: 250 GPM Pump Station and 3000 feet of 6" pressure line and approximately 720 feet of 8" gravity sewer line.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be unit price pay items as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in "pdf' format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note - electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.

Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside "Bid for: Phase Two Sewer Improvements, Town of Farmington".

A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the TOWN OF FARMINGTON, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
