Hinds Community College is seeking un-priced technical proposals for:
Audio Visual Equipment
Bid # 3289
Un-priced bid proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on November 29, 2023, online at www.hindsccbids.com. Submissions will be evaluated and qualified vendors will be invited to submit priced bids via reverse auction.
Bidding will be held by online reverse auction on December 1, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. CST.
Specifications and detailed instructions regarding the bid process may be obtained by visiting the website www.hindsccbids.com. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. Hinds Community College reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets via addendum.
Prices will only be accepted from approved vendors through the online reverse auction per the bid documents. Vendors approved to participate in the reverse auction process will be given detailed instructions regarding the reverse auction once the responses are reviewed.
Hinds Community College reserves the right to extend the auction date if necessary to complete the pre-qualification process, reject any and or all bids, waive technicalities, informalities or irregularities in the bids received, solicit new bids or to choose that bid which is deemed to be in the best interest to the college. The Bidder shall be responsible for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HCC from all losses, damages, expenses, claims, demands, suits and actions brought by any party against HCC as a result of the Bidder s failure to comply with the provisions above.
