Sealed bids will be received by the FORREST COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS at the PAUL B JOHNSON CHANCERY BUILDING in the FIRST FLOOR BOARD ROOM located at 641 N. MAIN STREET, HATTIESBURG, MS, 39401, until 2 P.M. on JANUARY 26, 2023, at which time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

Bid documents may be obtained from Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House Printing at https://www.ar- architectsprojects.com. Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378. Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects.  Bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual. Each delivered bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the legend, “FORREST COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT” Electronic Bids must be received with an acknowledged cover sheet, providing the same legend. All bidders are to upload electronic bids in .PDF format only.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Forrest County Health Department Building (project site) on 11 January 2023 at 10:00A.

The FORREST COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
