A Pre-Bid Conference Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, beginning at 1:30 PM in the Bruce Training Lab, George-Oakes Building, Hinds Community College, 755 Highway 27,  Vicksburg, Mississippi 39180-8699. Attendance by the General Contractors is not required to bid the job; however, attendance by the General Contractors is strongly suggested.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the Project Manual. Hinds Community College reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.

Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Project Professional. Bid Envelope must be sealed, marked and addressed as follows:
