A. Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by City of Senatobia for

construction of renovations to Senatobia Fire Department until 4:00 pm local daylight

time on Thursday, September 29, 2022.

B. Location for Receipt of Bids:

1.05 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS

A. Sealed Bids bids will be received until 4:00 PM, Thursday, September 29, 2022. Plans

and specifications may be examined at the office of City of Senatobia City Hall, 133,

North Front Street, Senatobia, MS 38668.

B. Electronic Bids will be received until 4:00 PM, Thursday, September 29, 2022 via

electronic online bid submission through www.aercplanroon.com. All Electronic

Bidders are to upload bids in .PDF format only.

C. Bid Documents may be viewed or downloaded from AERC, pllc per

www.aercplanroom.com or by contacting:

D. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the

amount of 5% of the Base Bid.

F. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as

appropriate, and as allowed by the State of Mississippi Public Bid Laws.

G. Submit your Bid in Duplicate.

H. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a

period of 30 (thirty) calendar days after submission.

I. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible and qualified bidder. The

City of Senatobia reserves the right to reject and and all bids. City of Senatobia is an

J. Bidders must be properly licensed at the time of the bid and provide evidence of

compliance with the applicable provisions of Section 62-6-119 (or latest revision) of

Mississippi Code before such bid may be considered.

K. By submission of your bid, each vendor and each person signing on behalf of any

vendor certifies, and in the case of a joint venture each party thereto certifies as to its

own organization, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge and

belief that each vendor is not on the list created pursuant to Section 12-12-106.

L. All bids submitted in excess of $25,000 by a prime or subcontractor to do any

erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance or related work must comply

with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985 by securing a Certificate of Responsibility

from the State Board of Contractors. The Prime Bidder's Certificate Number must be

placed on the outside of the sealed envelope or the bid will not be opened.

Subcontractors requiring a Certificate of Responsibility must be listed, including their

Certificate of Responsibility Number, on the Sub-Contractor List with the Bid.

M. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September, 15, 2022 on site.
