21017 Fulton Grammar School Reroof #11613

The City of Fulton, MS, will receive sealed bids for a contract for the Fulton Grammar School Re-roof
in Fulton, MS. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, reroofing of the existing school as
indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be accepted on a lump sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted.

Sealed or Electronic Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the Fulton City
Hall Board Room, 213 W Wiygul St., Fulton, MS 38843. Bids received after this time will not be
accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time.
Bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to: City of Fulton 213 W. Wiygul St.
Fulton, Mississippi 38843 Or submitted electronically through Plan House Printing.

Bid Documents may be examined at the office of the Architect and are being made available via hard
paper copy (at bidder’s expense) or digital pdf at www.architecturesouthplanroom.com through Plan
House Printing and Graphics, 605 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804. Plan holders are required to
register via email address and order Bid Documents which are non-refundable. Questions and inquiries

Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with
the Instructions to Bidders.

The City of Fulton expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
